13 février Week 6Hazel - I have come to the realization that I am my biggest -OBSTACLE- when I set my mind to it I can do it! I have not been exercising the way I should have and did during week 1-3... I lost 2 pounds and I am pleased but I know I could do so much better. I have not been eating as I should and not putting in the effort in exercising. So I need to get myself back in gear and focus. Some personal issues came up but I have now resolved them I will be able to refocus on my goal. Hasta luego... Y buena suerte. Aimee –Even with the hurdles that I have crossed in relation with by back... I feel I did much better this week. I’m working with a balance ball and doing other exercises to strengthen my back. I feel the difference a week has made and I think next week I’ll be doing more aerobic exercises. I lost a pound this week anyways... YAY! That’s a pound more than I thought I would lose given I’m not doing much. So YAY to Hazel and me... WOO HOO!!
