Week 6

Hazel - I have come to the realization that I am my biggest -OBSTACLE- when I set my mind to it I can do it!   I have not been exercising the way I should have and did during week 1-3... I lost 2 pounds and I am pleased but I know I could do so much better. I have not been eating as I should and not putting in the effort in exercising.  So I need to get myself back in gear and focus. Some personal issues came up but I have now resolved them I will be able to refocus on my goal.  Hasta luego... Y buena suerte.

Aimee –Even with the hurdles that I have crossed in relation with by back... I feel I did much better this week. I’m working with a balance ball and doing other exercises to strengthen my back.  I feel the difference a week has made and I think next week I’ll be doing more aerobic exercises. I lost a pound this week anyways... YAY! That’s a pound more than I thought I would lose given I’m not doing much. So YAY to Hazel and me... WOO HOO!! Wink

Week 5

Hazel & I both had a zero loss week. No gains either...YAY! Wink Exercise was limited for me because I'm having a bad week with my back. I know if I lose weight it won't  bother me as bad but it's hard to increase activity when my disks flare up. Confused  I'll be working on some exercises to try and strengthen my back. Hazel and I are increasing our water intake and watching what we eat. Don't tell anyone  I think we didn't do as well this week because of the lack of activity for the week. Time to jump back in...
